Ingredients required :

    Mustard seeds, oil, onion, curry leaves, tomato, green chilli, asfoetida, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, salt, semolina(rava or suji)


How to prepare easy rava semolina upma for beginners 

1) Take a pan and pour 3 tbsp of oil into the pan and heat gently.
2) Then put semolina or sooji into the pan and stir it gently, till it becomes brownish in color and then transfer into another bowl.
3)  Then take another pan and pour 3 tbsp of oil into the pan &add 1/2 tbsp of mustard seeds and add 1/2 tbsp of turmeric powder into it.
4)  And put some sliced onion , tomato, green chilli, curry leaves and stir it well.
5) Then pour required(4 glass) amount of water into the pan and add some salt as per taste.
6) Let it boil for 5-7 minutes then put roasted brownish semolina or sooji into it and stir it gently continuously.
Now upma is ready to be served . Enjoy eating.....Stay healthy
