Ingredients Required
Hibiscus petals, Lemon(2 tbsp), Jaggery(3 tbsp), Bowl of water
Steps to prepare Hibiscus Tea
1) Take vessel and pour glass of water into vessel and heat gently
2) Add 3 tbsp of jaggery & some hibiscus petals into boiling water and
3) Stir it properly then,
4) Filter it and add 2 tbsp of lemon juice
Now your hibiscus tea is ready with abundant health benefits some of them are
1) Blood pressure management
2) It helps to cure liver disease and
3) Reduce the risk of cancer
4) Gradual weight loss
5) It boosts overall wellness
Though its of great goodness and have great taste , not recommended for pregnant women.
